Date & Location

The Antwerp Tianjin Trade Forum 2010 will take place on Wednesday 22 September 2010 at the House of the Province of Antwerp (Koningin Elisabethlei 22 – 2018 Antwerp). The event starts at 8.30 AM.

Parking

Free parking is available in front of the PIVA premises (Desguinlei 244 – 2018 Antwerp). The House of the Province is at walking distance (15 minutes). A free shuttle bus service between the parking and the House of the Province will be available as well.

Interpreters

Language of this event will be English and Chinese. Simultaneous interpretation (English-Chinese) will be foreseen during the official speeches. Interpreters (Chinese and Belgian students) will be at your disposal during the individual business contacts.

Individual business contacts

During the Antwerp Tianjin Trade Forum 2010 you will get the chance to meet 5 companies during 20 minutes on an individual basis. Please have a look at the company profiles of the delegation members at Business Contacts .

Your individual business contacts programme will be sent to you by email 1 week before the event. Please note that business contacts will be arranged on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is therefore advised.

Registration

Registration is easy. Please fill out the registration form at Register Now.

Final registration date is Friday 10 September 2010. The participation fee is 40€ per person for registration before 1^st of August. Registrations as from 1 August will be charged 60€ per person. An invoice will be sent to you after registration.

Please note that cancellations after 10 September will not be refunded.

Participants brochure

Contact details and a short description of your company’s activities will be published in a participants brochure. The information for this brochure will be taken from the subscription form under Register Now .

All Belgian and Chinese companies present at the Antwerp Tianjin Trade Forum 2010 will receive a copy of this brochure.

In order to make sure that your contact details are published in this brochure, please register before 10 September. Registrations after 10 September can not be published in the brochure anymore.
